MetaLINCS Keeps You Well Ahead of Key Deadlines

Once content has been processed by MetaLINCS it can be produced at any time, enabling you to fulfill your litigation and investigatory discovery obligations efficiently.

Documents can be produced as single instances or reduplicated and organized by custodian. Not merely for litigation support, MetaLINCS Production also fully supports the delivery of content to regulatory agencies with appropriate load files.

MetaLINCS Production helps you to complete the electronic discovery process with:

  • Flexible export criteria based on flags, folders and review dates that help you to produce the content required.
  • Optional load files that provide a means to export user meta-data into other tools, such as case management software.
  • Chain of custody that is maintained from processing to production.
  • Robust and scalable production capabilities that enable you to deliver case content in required formats.

Creating Specialized Production Sets

For highly specialized production requirements it is possible to define a document set based on any search query. Search results can be tagged with a custom tag or put in a custom folder, either of which can be the basis of an export. An example of a specialized production would be to isolate all of the documents written in Japanese and export them for translation by a third party. MetaLINCS has automatic language identification, so all of these documents could be found with a single search, moved to a special folder with a bulk move and then exported using that folder as the export criteria.

Litigation Support Databases

MetaLINCS can create an accompanying load file in either of the most common formats, Summation or Concordance. In both load files there is an option to include Tag, Annotation, Custodian and File Path metadata. The Flags and Annotation fields are automatically mapped to the corresponding and appropriate load file fields. Custodian and File Path fields can be mapped to any custom load file field. MetaLINCS will automatically assign Bates numbers to each exported item in the load file.

The ability to collaboratively work with outside counsel on critical electronic discovery matters is very important to our organization. The MetaLINCS E-Discovery Suite enables us to oversee the process and control costs while leveraging this technology with its advanced analysis and review capabilities.”
