“On The Mark” is authored by Mark V. Reichenbach, Vice President of Client and Industry Development for MetaLINCS, a Seagate Services Company. Before joining MetaLINCS Reichenbach was a director on the Discovery and Regulatory Response Team (DARRT) in the Office of the General Counsel at Merrill Lynch, where he also headed the organization’s legal hold and collection initiatives and assisted attorneys and outside counsel with tactical and technical guidance for “meet and confers” and Rule 30(b) (6) depositions. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Reichenbach spent more than a decade as a director of litigation support for both plaintiff and defense firms on complex litigation and electronic evidence matters.
Reichenbach is an active member of several industry organizations and initiatives including The Sedona Conference ® Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) since 2002 and The Sedona Institute CLE programs, where he co-edited Sedona’s RFP and Vendor Navigation white paper. He is also a member of the Georgetown Law Center’s E-Discovery Advisory Board and an experienced CLE instructor.
