Ramon Nuñez, President and Chief Executive Officer

Informed by his 25 years of leadership in the software, electronic design, and semiconductor markets, Ramon Nuñez brings a wealth of experience to his position at MetaLINCS. He has managed multi-national operations and early-stage companies, raised funds in the public and private capital markets, and developed a solid track record in sales and marketing management.

Before taking charge of the MetaLINCS team, he oversaw the successful sale of IKOS Systems, a publicly traded company, to Mentor Graphics. In his time at IKOS, Nuñez was a CEO, President, and Director. Prior to joining IKOS, Nuñez served in sales management capacities with Zycad Corporation, Cadnetix (now part of Mentor Graphics) and Valid Logic (now part of Cadence). In addition to his role at MetaLINCS, Nuñez serves as chairman of the board of Virtio Corporation, a software-development tools company based in Campbell, California. Nuñez received his BSEE degree from University of California, Irvine, and his MBA from West Coast University.

Andy Bensky, Vice President of Engineering

Andy Bensky brings significant experience in the development of innovative search and analysis technology to MetaLINCS. Along with Steve Kirsch, he is one of the co-founders of Infoseek, one of the first search engines for the Internet. Bensky served as the Vice President of Portal Engineering at the Disney/Go Portal after the acquisition of Infoseek by Disney.

Prior to joining MetaLINCS, Bensky was the Chief Technology Officer for JokeVision. Before serving at JokeVision, he was the Principal Engineer for Northern Light Technology, a search engine known for its exceptional ability to organize information. Bensky also worked with Steve Kirsch in his latest effort, Propel Software, a company that develops technology to accelerate dial-up Internet service. He received his BS in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Chuck Williams, Chief Technology Officer

Having founded two market-leading companies and led a third, Chuck Williams is ideally qualified to ensure that MetaLINCS stays in the vanguard of legal technology for e-discovery. Williams was president of InQuira, a market and technology leader in the natural language search and self-service space.

Prior to that, he was the founder and CEO of Brightware. At Brightware, he created the first eCRM packaged offering, pioneered web self-service, and led the company to the forefront of the email customer service market. He also founded Inference, which became a publicly traded company. While there, he created the first commercial artificial intelligence products and brought the first customer service problem resolution application to market. He received a BS in computer science from the University of Southern California, and a MS in information and computer science from the University of California, Irvine.

Joseph W. Rockom, Chief Financial Officer

With 20 years of experience gained serving as a CFO for both private and public companies, Joseph W. Rockom brings significant financial expertise to his position at MetaLINCS.

He was CFO and corporate secretary of IKOS Systems before joining MetaLINCS. When Rockom joined IKOS, it was a private company, and he helped take it public in July of 1990.Prior to IKOS, Rockom was the CFO of American Microsystems, Inc. Rockom served as an officer in the U.S. Navy and earned a BA in mathematics and a MBA from Washington State University, Pullman.

David Downing, Vice President of Marketing

David Downing has more than 20 years experience in technology marketing and communications, specializing in brand building, sales force readiness and market development for enterprise software companies. As the Vice President of Marketing at Informatica, Downing was a key member of the management team that grew the company into a worldwide leader in the business intelligence market and executed that company's successful IPO in 1999. He has also held a variety of other senior management positions in both large public companies and early-stage start-ups, including Oracle, Adobe, AlterEgo Networks, InQuira, and Hill and Knowlton.

Prior to joining MetaLINCS, Downing was Director of Corporate Marketing and Industry Relations at SAP where he created and managed a range of programs and sponsorships designed to strengthen the company's Silicon Valley relationships with ISV's, academia, the venture community, and state and local government groups. Downing holds a BS degree from Boston University.

Richard Lo, Vice President of Sales and Customer Services

As Vice President of Sales, Richard Lo is accountable for revenue generation and manages the daily operations of sales, pre-sales, professional services, and customer support for MetaLINCS. Lo joined MetaLINCS from the information management division of IBM's software group where he directed worldwide product information management sales.

He has over 20 years of experience in high technology and enterprise software and a proven track record of building highly productive sales organizations. Before IBM, Lo served as Vice President of World Wide Sales for Trigo Technologies, the company that led the product information management market before being acquired by IBM. Lo holds a BSEE degree from The University of the Pacific.

Mark Reichenbach, Vice President of Client and Industry Development

As Vice President of Client and Industry Development, Mark Reichenbach is responsible for supporting customers with expertise that leverages his experience building successful e-discovery response and litigation support teams.

A pioneer in the world of electronic document discovery, Reichenbach most recently served as the Director of Merrill Lynch’s Discovery and Regulatory Response Team. He also led the organization's legal hold and collection initiatives and was accountable for preparing the company's legal resources for "meet and confers" and Rule 30(b)(6) depositions. His tenure at Merrill Lynch was preceded by a decade of delivering litigation support on electronic evidence matters to leading law firms. He has been a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) since 2002 and has served as a faculty member for The Sedona Institute CLE programs. Reichenbach is also a member of the Georgetown Law Center's E-Discovery Advisory Board.
